The Stamp Duty Holiday – Amazing savings if you buy before March 2021!

We were all delighted to hear the announcement from the government recently that home movers are going to be given a helping hand in the form of a Stamp Duty holiday. The news means that anyone purchasing a home under £500,000 before March 2021 will not need to pay any Stamp Duty at all, regardless of whether they’re a first-time buyer or not. For homes above £500,000, the savings are still significant, in some cases £15k or more.

Because all of the homes at our Quiet Waters, Angmering development are under the £500,000 asking price, we are pleased to confirm that anyone completing their purchase here from now until 31st March 2021 will not need to pay a penny extra in Stamp Duty.
